Always a great experience visiting this Specsavers. Very hawithny glasses and contact lenses.
The staff that helped me were lovely and attentive - I wanted to get contacts, so they talked me through the specifics of it etc. Everyone was just really helpful.
The staff here give good old fashioned customer service. They go above and beyond to help you with your needs. During peak periods I was rushed through and felt dissatisfied, but when I returned and asked for help they listened. Something that is missing in many businesses today. Thank you to all the team.
My recent visit to Specsavers saved me a substantial amount of money (as opposed to the quotes given by other optometrists for the same pair of glasses). Sarshia is professional and efficient in her role. Her assistant Grace was super friendly and helpful. She made sure that my new frames fit snugly...she spent almost 20mins adjusting the nose pads!
