Specsavers at Toowong- Customer Service is the best.
Why would you take bookings for contact lens assessments on a sunday if you refuse to do the most important part of the booking, actually fitting them and using the excuse that your too busy on Sundays to do it. How can you be too busy if you're taking bookings for a service. Simply don't offer it on Sundays so people don't waste time coming in to have to come back in. Ridiculous.
