Although the service was good I was told that I did not need new glasses, but I did explain that I had trouble reading the newspapers and doing crosssword puzzles, I was surprised whewhen she told me I didn't need glasses I still have trouble reading the paper and doing the crosswords.

A good experience, polite & knowledgeable staff. Informative staff regarding reasons for choosing which frames for Reading Lens & why different choice of frames for Long Distance. Didn't feel rushed at all, was very happy with Jasper, who did check at collection of new glasses. Even maintained my existing glasses, which was much appreciated. Very pleased with result.
