I had a very frustrating experience at this clinic. During my contact lens trial, the first prescription needed adjustment. When I returned, I found the wrong lenses had been ordered, resulting in a wasted trip. At that time, the front desk staff, also the only person available to assist, apologized and promised 5 extra pairs of trial lenses to compensate for the error and the inconvenience.
