Had a great experience at the store. The store attendant was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient and made me aware of what deals I could take advantage of.
To be clear this review is mostly about the delay from the lab not the store. I will recommend the store to family and friends because the great service I received from Monica. I got my new glasses (2 of them) on August 19 2026 unfortunately one has an issue and has to be sent back to the lab on the same day I got them. Today is Saturday September 12 and I don't have my glasses I have been trying to get a hold of them over the phone ( it's a 25 minute drive for me) since Thursday no one answered.
