Everyone who was in there were extremely helpful and friendly. The two ladies helped in the beginning to explain the deals and to help look up my glasses coverage were so kind and helpful and full of knowledge. Josh who helped me with the transaction and my order was really amazing. He talked me through all the options, helped me decide what would be best, didn’t try to upsell and pressure me, just gave genuine advice and personal experience to help me choose. Went to this location in Mission because I didn't like the optometrist at Highstreet mall. The optometrist here is very good , but then had to deal with Vicky for ordering glasses which ended up in me walking out because she is only interested in upselling and no interest in the customer to the point she was was getting upset with me because of the questions I was asking and she couldn't up sell.
The Mission location is great. They petformed a comprehensive eye test and gave me the correct lenses. They also helped me select the proper frames. The transitions are great and I do not need sunglasses. I needed 1 pair switch for TV viewing and it was done for free with no issue.
