Edited after picking up glasses: I got both of my glasses. They were exactly what I wanted. Especially my progressive. I've never been happy with glasses before, but I love this new pair. Never again. I was happy with the services and at first I liked the glasses. But they're terrible. The lenses are soft feeling and every little thing scratches them despite proper care and anti-scratch coating. They never get clean and I can see the bubbling coating. The frame is already discolored from the inside in a spot. I called regarding them being defective. It's been 5 months. I kept getting told 3 months only it's covered. Then I said hey, I was told 2 year warranty. At which point it became you can pay to have them... read more
Excellent service - staff were very attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic, took the time to explain every aspect of the experience to me and made sure I was satisfied with my purchase. The glasses themselves are high quality, lightweight, fit comfortably, and have exactly the aesthetic I was looking for. The only issue is that the lenses tend to get smudged a bit more easily then I would expect, but it is a pretty minor issue. Rose the staff member was really kind and helpful. She made my visit very comfortable. I would highly recommend this location for all your prescription glasses and contacts. They have a variety of selection to choose from and have great customer service.
