If you need a good optician, Avina is the one to see. My husband got new glasses, and he had some issues with the frames, and Avina kindly went above and beyond to fix the issue. Her technical skills as an optician is top notch. She expertly handles the glasses with utmost care, helping until a solution is found, and offers practical advice on their care. Great experience all around highly recommend checking them out if you are in need of a new pair of glasses.
Started out impressed! But then my request to try contacts made my experience go south...hard. Over a month and I had to call them several times as they didn't have stock of the test pair. What eyeplace contractor takes over a month to make contacts? It doesn't. I was forgotten about even after several phone calls. "OH they just came today!". I wasnt born yesterday. They made me take and pay for a $99 exam because I wanted contacts. Cash cow and I fell for it. Wouldn't go back certainly to Ironwood
