More than 30 min waiting because the assistants very busy can't announce me to the optician, I have to cancel my appointment . With the before company was better. Specsaver Hutington need ASAP someone kind at the reception
I found a scratch on my new glasses. When brought back, the manager does not want to acknowledge the defects. She said she will send back to the lab. It took a month to get back the glasses. When I went to pick up the staff refused to adjust my glasses. I have to go to a different Specsavers store to get adjusted. I really feel the manager and staff need to revisit customer service during shut down time.
Very good customer service.
