My experience getting new glasses was made all the more better by Princess. She was so helpful in assisting me in finding different options and styles. I wanted glasses that were most similar to my current ones, and she searched the whole store to find just that. Im very happy with my purchase and experience. Thank you Princess for all your help!
The staff pays attention to details , friendly and easy to talk to. The phone conversation is also accommodating and respectful.
I visited this store today with the intension of getting the information and returning to Toronto to purchase the glasses. Princess, the lady who served me, knew this but still gave my such incredible service and helped me pick out my frames and lenses even though I wasn't purchasing the glasses there.
