Canceled my appointment just for 5min late , very unprofessional cold blooded eye doctor at this branch ,, i will definitely recommend the brand but never the eye doctor at this branch
My mom and I went into Specsavers at Gerrard Square for some assistance. Jenny graciously asked us if we needed help and proceeded to repair my mom's favorite sunglasses without hesitation. Her customer service was greatly appreciated and we highly recommend asking for Jenny at Specsavers for any of your concerns. We will definitely be back for future purchases at Specsavers!

Jenny and her team at the Gerrard Square location when above and beyond to take care of my son’s glasses for him. He had broken his favourite pair and wanted to replace with the exact same one, but it was discontinued. Jenny reached out to all the stores across Canada to see if anyone might have still had That discontinued frame. We were lucky enough to have found one in Manitoba! I recently had a good experience at my local Specsavers. I have a complex eyes prescription. The Eyecare Consultant, Klenz, understood my special needs and even offered me a good price and then too, a senior discount. This same consultant was very informative during a prior visit, explaining a sale they had until the month's end which I took advantage of. He was polite and discreet.
