The purpose of an optician sales store is to assist you in finding and picking out a nice, comfortable fit and affordable pair of eyeglasses, apart from optometrist services. So that's what the male staff member did. When I went in to pick up my new glasses, excitedly. I was told by a female staff member. Your new glasses are too small for your face and head, they don't fit you. I have to choose another pair. It took 2 weeks to process this first pair. They did a simple repair to my glasses. The two persons who served me were very pleasant. The work was complete in 10 minutes without charge.

I gave a score of 0 because of poor service. I was promised that my glasses would be ready within a maximum of 14 days, but I had to wait for a full month. The store did not respect the agreed timeline and did not even apologize for the delay
Twice in a row I’ve gone in to ask for my contacts only to be told they haven’t arrived & then they go in the back to magically find my box of contacts. Last time my order took almost 2 weeks. This time a week. On top of that the girl with the clef lip has got the worst attitude. “Why did you come in for your contacts when I told you they weren’t here”. Meanwhile, they were. Save your time & money, order online. Faster & cheaper. Plus no idiocy to deal with.
