Stellar everything
I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received at this location. I arrived for my eye exam but realized I had forgotten my OHIP card. I offered to call the office with the number later that day, but the representative refused this option, stating I had to pay out-of-pocket and follow up for reimbursement. Because this was not feasible for me, I had to walk out. I also instructed the staff to completely remove my personal information and delete my account. I expected more reasonable accommodation.
