Last update on my review: I picked up my new pair of glasses, the girl who helped me “Lila” was wonderful, she even helped me adjusting one of my old pair, in the perfect size after 2 tries in a previous time with 2 different employees, I did really appreciated her, she was amazing, had a warm smile and know what she’s doing. Very knowledgable and professional
Poor customer service, whatever they say when you buy the glasses is fake and lies. I regret giving them my business if I knew I’ll be treated like this. Especially with their lies of have anti scratching coat and the warranty. All lies. Not buying anything from Specsaver anymore. Update on my review, I was contacted and they offered to help by replace my lenses which was the reason of the complaint from the start, I agreed and waiting to pick up the new pair.
Service was great pricing was reasonable
