Horrible customer service. They gave me the wrong prescription and refused to listen when I said I couldn't read with my new glasses. I asked for a re-examination and was told my prescription was fine. The optician was arrogant refusing to accept that she could have possibly made a mistake. I tried to contact the owners and was told they were away on vacation, so I left a message for them and never heard back.
