Horrible customer service. My boyfriend was trying on glasses for a bit, I told the lady we would be a bit, but she just stood there like we were going to steal. Once a pair was picked, she was explaining how the glasses were scratch proof and scartch resistant, I pointed out that doesn't make sense and asked how that worked. She looked at him and said who is paying for these you or her........ Now I was not very nice after that. I just couldn't believe it tbh
