I’m from out of town and work night shifts and needed a repair on my glasses. The staff at Spec Savers in the Prairie Mall were able to help me out even without having an appointment. The staff was friendly and professional. Overall, great experience
Excellent service by the optometrist and retail staff. Everyone was thorough, prompt and friendly. They also have a good selection of affordable glasses. I would highly recommend this location.

Spec Savers Kelowna, same attitude as previous encounter, I was under the impression there were changes being made, but unfortunately, not yet. Prices are good, quality is adequate, service is lacking, and attitude is abysmal. Go back?, ummmmm...no.

My wife and I dropped in with our new prescriptions and were met by Ricky who was knowledgeable and an outstanding representative to deal with. Selection and prices were very good so we ordered four pairs of new glasses. There was quick delivery of the order and today we picked them up and dealt with Irene who was professional and courteous and spent much time making sure the glasses fit perfectly and were focusing as they should.
