I ordered a frame after 2-3 weekes I came to the centre they gave me other frame! Not satisfied at all

Our overall experience at Specsavers was very good, especially thanks to Niloofar, who assisted us conveniently in Farsi. She helped both me and my husband with our glasses and was kind, wise, helpful, and very thorough throughout the process. She explained everything clearly, made us feel comfortable, and ensured we were both happy with our choices. We truly appreciated her professionalism and care.
What a refreshing experience I had at the Coquitlam Centre location with Niloofar M. as my customer service eyewear specialist and Dr. Ramanjot Kingra as my optometrist. The doctor was very helpful and informative with the tests and results. Such a lovely person. Niloofar is just fantastic with the information about promotions and my options. Recently went for an eye exam. Dr. Jasjit is very professional and gives clear explanations on the results. Ariel is friendly and able to quickly grab frames that match what I need - it didn't take too long to settle on the frames that suit me. I did not directly interact with Nathan, but props to him for being able to simultaneously help multiple customers and his team members during a busy shift.
