Don't bother getting your glasses here. The prescription is garbage. The progression is so strong that I have a hard time wearing them. When I picked up my glasses they were not even fitted for me. I also paid for the streak free and fog free lenses and these lenses streak worse then my 4 year olds underwear. Will never go back. I should of went back to my normal optometrist and not try to save money.

I’ve been to another Specsavers location before (which I won’t name), and based on that experience, I didn’t have high expectations coming here. But to my surprise, the service at this location was absolutely outstanding! Every single staff member was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. The doctor who did the assessment was rude. Two days after my appointment, I called to change my order because I suspected the transition lenses were causing issues. I spent over an hour on the phone, only to be told that changing my order wasn’t an option. As for the sunglasses—they’re a joke. There’s no prescription in them, and I can’t read anything while wearing them.
