I’ve been to another Specsavers location before (which I won’t name), and based on that experience, I didn’t have high expectations coming here. The doctor who did the assessment was rude. Two days after my appointment, I called to change my order because I suspected the transition lenses were causing issues. I spent over an hour on the phone, only to be told that changing my order wasn’t an option. As for the sunglasses—they’re a joke. There’s no prescription in them, and I can’t read anything while wearing them.
Fabulous experience. Staff were quick but also took time to explain things. Emma's was excellent at giving feedback about frames that looked best and what were best glasses for me. All staff were friendly. I have already recommended spec savers to friends and family. I will definitely come again when I need new glasses. Thank you for a very positive experience. Every staff member & the optometrist we really friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. The whole experience was great & made my regular eye exam a comfortable experience.
People are great, good value, let you know more when I pick up my specs 😉
