Great experience overall. Everyone at the store, including the optometrist, was friendly and professional. A special thank you to Kareema for her patience and attentiveness while helping me get used to my new lenses. She took the time to answer my questions and made what could have been a challenging adjustment process much easier. Highly recommend!
I was very pleased with the service by Dr. Simran Toor (Optometrist); she was so patient and kind to my 10 year old daughter and explained everything so nicely to her. It was my daughter's first experience having her eyes examined; she was nervous initially but Dr. Toor put her at ease. I work at a daycare and I have been referring parents to Dr. Toor. She will now be my go to person when anything eye related arises :) Thank you!!!
