I informed the store that I would be using the MFAP program to purchase my eyeglasses. They told me it would take about two weeks for the City to approve the request and for my glasses to be made. I waited, but nearly a month passed without a single update or phone call from them. I understand delays can happen with a City-run program, but their lack of communication was very frustrating. I had a regular 2 year check up at the Cataraqui mall store and they were fabulous. I had had a previous disappointing appointment there and was reluctant to return but the manager Bernadette was wonderful and was attentive and helpful all during my appointment. I could not have had better service. The optometrist and the rest of the support staff were all very professional and pleasant as well. I highly recommend this store and service
After 2 exams and 5 different pairs of glasses that did not correct my vision ; I went to another store and now have a pair of glasses I can see with. I WOULD NOT recommend Specsavers to anyone.
