Made an appointment to get a prescription for contact lenses. I expected to leave with a prescription for contact lenses but was told it is not their policy to give me one and I would have to come back there if I wanted to order any. I have never experienced this anyplace else. Had I known this to be their policy I would never have gone there. Maybe tell people ahead of time, sure you can make an appointment, but we're not going to give you your prescription. Ridiculous. I will never go to Specsavers again.
