Well, should I say any more? The Specsavers at Londonderry Mall are awesome. There is one thing though: for someone who is sensitive to light, and I hate it, they should have a switch to dim the lights at each section when you try on glasses and sit at the tables for measurements. The lights are so bright where the glasses are and elsewhere, and even in the waiting room for the eye doctor, they are so bright. I really had a bad experience with a headache today. I purchased my sons glasses less than a year ago at Theodore & Pringle I now need them repaired. I went in and they said they could replace them under a certain amount! The exact same glasses are $50 more than what I paid and I’m expected to pay the difference! This same issue happened with my other son’s glasses and they were repaired. Is this a money grab or what I will never deal with an eye glass place that can’t do repairs

I was supposed to hear back from someone about a very serious mistake the eye doctor made at the delta location and never did. I filled out the contact form wasting more of my time. This is unacceptable. How many other people have high eye pressure and were not told about it? This is effecting people's health and the company doesn't seem to care. Maybe legal action will make them care?

I would give Specsavers less than one star if I could. I went to their delta,b.c. store and the optometrist did not inform me that I have high eye pressure. That is a very serious mistake on their part. I actually had two exams, one when I went for new glasses. The second exam was because I had irritation in one eye. Despite having the eye pressure tests done at both exams they missed the high eye pressure? I only found out that I have high eye pressure because I went to an ophthalmologist. Went for visual field test . After they didn't do the test to begin with after being requested to do so. Then then said they didn't have optometrist have look at because it wasn't his patient. Nothing but run around from them. Very incompetent.
