I just purchased two pairs of glasses at this location. Staff was very friendly and specifically Albert who helped me was amazing. Gave me good advice and lots of options and was so patient and genuine. Lots of frames to choose from and in many price ranges. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. I will definitely go back to see them at this location and highly recommend.
We have been to a Specsavers before just to browse so we had a great idea about the value they have. We walked into the Beacon Hill location as it is close to our home, and was greeted immediately by Albert. He has incredibly genuine and friendly vibes. As well, he is extremely knowledgable with products and optometry in general. We were shopping for our five-year-old daughter, and he made her feel very comfortable and welcome. Brutal service. Served another customer while asking me to wait and wouldn't fill my prescription because it was slightly out of date. You've lost my long time business.
