Excellent customer service from Albert and his team! They adjusted our pricing, gave us free eye drops, and showed they genuinely care about building long-term relationships. I’ve found my permanent go-to shop for eye exams and eyeglasses. Highly recommended!
What wonderful staff and Dr Phan; I can’t say enough positive things. I had an eye injury and they were able to get me in quickly on a Sunday for an emergency eye exam. Everyone was so kind and prompt. I will come back.
Where Professionalism meets empathy. From the Front Desk all the way to the Optometrist, everyone here is awesome.
I had broken a pair of glasses I got at another store, Albert the optician was super helpful and friendly, helped me fix them to the best of his ability at no charge, definitely a nice store and very helpful, I will be going back
We recently visited Specsavers at Beacon Hill and had a wonderful experience thanks to Marielaine. She was so friendly, and genuinely pleasure to talk to. She took the time to help us with everything we needed. Excellent service, thank you, Marielaine!
