I rarely write negative reviews unless I am extremely dissatisfied, but when it comes to eye health, it is critical to share my experience so others can be careful. I initially visited Specsavers a few months ago for glasses and had a great experience with service and pricing. Because of that, I returned to purchase contacts. We went through a few rounds of trials, but the last order was a nightmare. When I picked them up, the associate hesitated and noted something was wrong with the axis, but told me to put them on anyway.... read more
