I cannot say enough good about this pool service company! Having started service on my pool with a different company before a kind neighbor recommended “Specs pool”, I was prepared to once again be disappointed. I was so wrong and thankful to my neighbor for the recommendation! Specs pools has been nothing short of excellent! Absolutely horrible- to the guy on the road driving with your logo on his truck- swerving all Over the road and almost hit 2 cars
If you are looking for a quality company that actually cares about their clients…..look elsewhere. This company let the water in my pool drain so low that my pool pump burned out. The service technician even serviced my pool with the pump running and no water and didn’t leave a note or say anything. He clearly was either lazy, just didn’t care or both.
