Madison Specs has a friendly staff; however, I waited 40 minutes for my contact fitting, only to be told that my prescription was not there. Other reviews illustrate waiting too long. I will not be going here again.
For some reason every time I go inside the lady up front has nothing to do and is uninviting but whenever I call they’re magically too busy to answer. Left voicemail last week and never got a call back and this isn’t the first time it’s happened. Gonna just go ahead and see a different eye doctor.

Never answers the phone. Had to go by the place to just make an appointment. Leave a message and they still never call u back. Horrible customer service!
The Dr was fine, and the experience was fine for the most part. The tech that helped was great. But the receptionists really make the experience lack luster. I've visited several times, and they just aren't attentive to guests. They hold their own conversations and do not seem to care about people who walk through the front door. A little care goes a long way. Everything else was great.
