Waste of time and credit. 766 credit considered "high risk" literally only the person to say that was Dan, the "appraisal manager". 4k$ down with 6k negative equity "not enough "... Trade in valued at $12, 800 online, with less then 4% apr. With quotes saying " no surprises at dealership " Surprise! There are surprises, but only with Dan in management it seems. trade in was worth 5k supposedly as a 2017. Considered "too old". But they would take a 2019 truck....rofl Carmax, and several dealers on the same trade all offered 9... read more

Don't get the warranty
Terrible experience in the service department. Raul should be fired. Bottom line. Raul was very up and in my face. Took my Sonta there because in was burning oil and they new about this model, having the issue already, only 71000 miles on the car. They didn't take care of the customer. I was even told there were 2 software updates on my car, but Raul said don't worry about them , there just updates. My wife was so pist she had to leave the room. Don't shop here!
