Up until my last visit with Speck Hyundai, I would have given probably 4-5 stars. I've purchased 3 cars from Speck, in big part because of the most competitive industry warranty. However, after the issue I had with my 2025 Santa Cruz, glass spontaneously exploding while driving down the highway at 70mph, and Speck's refusal to honor the warranty, despite this issue being documented with Hyundai since about 2014, I can assure you I'll never be back to this dealership. Had a regular oil change and tire rotation conducted with Mario as my customer service. Outstanding service. Brought my attention to an issue I had under the hood so I can take care of it. Very friendly and courteous service. I like having service done here. I really like working with Mario, he is a straight shooter, gets things done and is true to his word. A standout employee in my opinion.
Jesus and the whole team at Speck were great! Jesus reached out when I was looking for a new Hyundai Kona. I let him know I prefer to work mostly all through text, let him know my trade in and exactly what I wanted for it, and let him know roughly what I wanted my new payments to be. He made it all happen, and that evening I drove over for the new Kona! Highly, highly recommend Speck Hyundai!
