Lab results, whether good or bad, are communicated via patient portal. I didnt even get an alert, i just happened to check cause I had been waiting for the results. When brought to her attention, didn't seem to care. Bad bed side manners. Not the same dr she was before. Office staff drops the ball alot.

If I could leave Zero stars I would. The staff would not work with my wife’s medical needs. All she needed was a Dr’s authorization for a medication that she needs. The office said that they did not have time to do that and I would have to call my insurance for a different medication. My insurance does cover the medication and only needed a Dr approval. This office is so hard to get an appointment with and the office staff is rude. Tried to charge co pays for services not rendered. I do not recommend this office at all.

The nurses and nurse practitioner are great and very responsive on the patient portal. Unfortunately, the front office staff is unreliable and unprofessional at best. I was scheduled to have an outpatient procedure done at the hospital. When I showed up for pre-op blood work and registration, was told there was nothing scheduled for me nor did they show my doctor having anything scheduled for my date of surgery. 1000 characters isn’t enough to express how far away you should run away from this place. My baby & I literally almost DIED because of the negligence we faced. If you have the displeasure of being looked over by Claire, walk out of the building & find another OB with a more capable PA. Our visits were rushed. I was told I couldn’t call & ask questions about how sick I felt or what these symptoms could be. She was my recent OBGYN. Very nice, patient, answered all my questions. Her staff was amazing as well, receptionist were nice, they had all my medical records ready and submitted fast, billing staff were great, I never had a bill pending with them even though they ordered a lot of tests. Office was always clean and neat. During the COVID pandemic they had everything well planned and managed. I highly recommend it for future moms or for a check up. I was worried about having my baby down here in the valley., I wasn't wrong. I felt like a number here. After my second visit, I left due to rude staff and not feeling a connection with the dr. I gave her a chance because her office look nice and I was tired of looking for a good dr. Looks aren't everything.. sad Drs here in the valley treat patients like they're all on free healthcare. I have insurance! They don't take care of med records transfer either, wouldn't see me until I brought them.
