He is gracious, hard-working, and knows his business well It's the day before Easter...the family will be here for dinner tomorrow...the well pump broke. I called Tony early and by noon he had replaced the pump--and saved our holiday! He is gracious, hard-working, and knows his business well. I am impressed Wow! Tony and his team showed up when they said they would, in spite of 2 feet of snow, assessed our needs, built us a custom water treatment system, and installed it within days. I can already see a difference in the coffee (and that's the important thing in this household!), not to mention the expected reduced wear-and-tear on my pipes and water heating system. We should have done this years ago. I am impressed and would recommend Specialty Water very highly!

I contacted Tony 4 years ago when I was having some major problems with my water. He installed a system at that time and with the regular maintenance it has been wonderful. Unfortunately I lost pressure and water, so I called Tony and he came out to install a cistern yesterday. I have to say that he is always fair in the price although I am never happy to pay it...but never disappointed in the service or quality of work. I highly recommend him to anyone.
Good price Our Culligan reverse osmosis (RO) drinking water system developed a problem that could not be repaired, and we were told that a new unit would cost $1000! We decided at that point to check out other water-treatment companies. Specialty Water was one company that answered the phone immediately. I had Specialty Water install a water treatment system in my home. I also had them put the " RO " or reverse osmosis system. Wow!! what an improvement in my water especially the taste of coffee!! They said it would improve the taste, but I didn't think it would be that dramatic of a change!!
