I would rate a zero if I could. He was arrogant and definitely unknowledgeable about current literature. He sent our dog that was in pain home without any pain medication. They also failed to prescribe to the pharmacy one of the medications my dog needed. The pharmacist called them and then I called 2 hours later and was told they didn't know our dog needed it even though it was on the medical summary. Absolute malpractice.
