It’s not often I leave reviews for a business, and fewer that I give a five-star. Chris and the crew at the shop were incredibly professional, kind, and helpful with servicing my gooseneck trailer. The crew there went far above and beyond to assist me, as well as kept me updated frequently about the process. I’d highly recommend anyone in the Lakeland-area looking for trailer preventative maintenance/repair services to give them a call and let em take care of you.
I have a truck with a liftgate issue, called first to ask if they knew about hydraulics, they told my they did so I took it in. Received a quote for $2800 to rebuild one of the cylinders, which I found out later that was way more than double, but in a pinch to get it fixed I said OK. A week later after calling many times they said it was ready and told me they saved me some money it would be only $2200 that the cylinder did not need rebuilding. starting using it and it was still messed up, and now it was leaking, took it bac... read more
