I can second Jim's review. We were in store, they showed us one tile, they didn't measure it in front of us or anything, and then they ordered a completely different sized tile from what was shown in-store and won't take any culpability. They said what was received was what was ordered and the tile we got cannot be returned / refunded - but we were completely misled about which tile our consultant Hannah was ordering. They refused over the phone, but we plan to visit the location and see if they will take some responsibility... read more
