Horrible experience and haven’t event gotten inside the office yet. I tried to call to ask a question before going, the receptionist who answers sounds likes she’s drunk. Stumbling over her words. She stated the office would be closed Monday but open the rest of the week. Showed up Wednesday and they’re closed again! Wouldn’t waste your time on this location.
One of the things that stood out to me the most was my Phlebotomist's exceptional skill in drawing blood. The process was virtually painless, and she clearly has a high level of expertise, locating the vein with precision and efficiency. They seem to be short staffed, but they're consistently pleasant, caring, and professional.
Totally agree with the Ginger, the previous review. I can’t imagine how this lab can be this dirty and be in business.
