Leslie is one of the gems you rarely come across. Not only a 30-year+ technical expert (she does everything from wedding dresses down to pant hems), but she's a SUPER kind, real human being who CARES and ENGAGES with you. I've been to a gazillion seamstresses and can't imagine ever working with another one again. Needless to say, I'm thoroughly impressed with the few things she's done for me (lowering waists, taking in a jacket), and look forward to doing some more 'custom' projects soon.
Leslie is the best seamstress in Oregon. Hands down. Highly recommend.
Leslie is the best. She is a top notch specialist in her craft. I have been going to Leslie for years now and I’ve never had a complaint. I’ve been in during her busiest times and she has ALWAYS gotten my tailoring completed on time. Her prices are incredible because as a sewer myself (but can’t do alterations), I know what kid of time and skill level you must possess. She is so kind as well.
I do not recommend this business. We had an appointment scheduled and upon arrival, she let us know she was running very far behind and asked us if we could wait. I explained no and she said she understood if we went elsewhere. I do not understand how you can run a business with this kind of customer service. I would have appreciated a phone call letting us know in advance so that we didn’t waste so much time driving into town. Will never use her services.
Such a wonderful person running this business! Very kind and considerate and has very fair pricing. I had a really fun time and highly recommend this business!
