Bought the house in June. Realtor, housing inspector and the VA missed our crappy roof. I called SRI and Drew came out the next day. Drew was amazing he explained the process, returns every phone call and text right away. He was even completely honest about the condition of our roof and what it would cost to fix it. When the crew came out to replace it they were on time, professional, courteous to my neighbors and cleaned up after themselves. We are very happy with SRI and highly recommend them!
Recently had my Sandestin roof replaced by Specialty Roofers. Jon Miller was totally professional from the initial contact, the bid, the actual work and the review and follow up after completion of the job. I appreciated the experience with Jon and Specialty and would highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing work.

Jon Miller and his team are top notch. Professionals in every way. Communication was excellent, Jon kept me up to date on every detail. Jon responded to my call on very short notice to inspect my tile roof prior to listing our home on the MLS. We knew we had numerous golf balls hitting our tile roof but had no real idea on the extent of damage. He responded in one day, inspected the roof and gave us a very reasonable. We accepted the quote and again in 2 days he was on the scene with his crew and completed the replacement of over 25 tiles and matched the color exceedingly well. Super job. Very professional.
