Jon Miller and his team are top notch. Professionals in every way. Communication was excellent, Jon kept me up to date on every detail. He went above and beyond in my opinion waiting on me to get my finances in order. I would highly recommend Specialty for all your roofing needs. The workmanship is just incredible.
Jon responded to my call on very short notice to inspect my tile roof prior to listing our home on the MLS. We knew we had numerous golf balls hitting our tile roof but had no real idea on the extent of damage. He responded in one day, inspected the roof and gave us a very reasonable. We accepted the quote and again in 2 days he was on the scene with his crew and completed the replacement of over 25 tiles and matched the color exceedingly well. Super job. Very professional. My husband and I recently replaced our roof with SRI. From asking for the quote to the job getting done, everything was professional and top notch. Jonathan Miller was our project manager, and my husband said he was great. While the job was getting done, my husband was able to communicate all his requests to Jonathan to ensure everything went smoothly. What a great job Sean and his crew did installing my new roof. They cleaned up after themselves and did not damage any of my newly planted plants near the house. The roof was finished in 1.5 Days. Would recommend them to everyone looking for a new roof!!
