I had a water leak and subsequent damage in my home that was covered by my home owners insurance. SRT was the insurance preferred vendor that I chose. Since it was an insurance claim and the insurance company's preferred vendor I assumed that all work would be performed by licensed and certified tradesmen however SRT is using unlicensed tradesmen/handymen. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Our roof was left with a hole in it for 34 days total. Our insurance had to step in and hire a roofer to complete the work. SRT didn't pay the sub-contractor that they hired. Insurance had to write him a check to prevent him from filing a lien on the property. SRT failed to complete the proper paperwork with the sub-contractor. SRT was sent out to dry my house due to a flood. They failed to be thorough with the water damage. Blaine Furman and his team were awesome! It was a holiday and I was out of town when the flood damage happened at my business. You never expect these kinds of things to happen, but SRT was able to get a team together and get there to meet my employee within an hour. Everything was cleaned up and dried out quickly and without disrupting any of our customers. Will for sure be using their services if something like this happens again!!

SRT Waco team stole from us. We were told they didn't have to pack us up and just to leave everything in closets and drawers. When we returned home after the mold cleaning all of our items were packed. I asked why I was told they didn't have to pack us and Josh Redding Project Manager said he didn't read the protocol prior to us leaving the house and the protocol required the entire house packed. I did return home before his team left and the 3 women unpacking us broke several small things and just left them for us to find. ... read more
