I literally just picked up my order and I am not pleased. I want my money back. My GF Vegan Mozzarella pizza looked like a sloppy mess. Also, the toppings seemed undercooked. So tasteless. Also, when I went to pick up my order the doors was already locked because they were closing. That is bad for business, especially if there is one last pick up order for the night. They opened the door, after I attempted to pull it open and the 3 males stared at my boyfriend and I..

First of all they say the pizza is all natural but unless it is Organic it is not. The cheese and meat on the pizza has hormones and antibiotics fed to the animals and the bread is most likely Gmo as are the other veggies and toppings. They are continually putting their flyers on our doors even though we have called them several times and asked them not to come into our complex and leave their flyers on our doors for 2 reasons. Great pizza, bad phone etiquette – The pizza was amazing!!!! The gentleman whom answered the phone needs to be trained again. Phone etiquette needs to be learned. Rushing customers of the phone causes important details to be missed. He might have know that their was a problem with our order, but he ran to the back when it was brought up. He should be trained by the women whom cooked the wonderful pizza and helped make the correct changes.

Excellent Pizza and Service – This is the only place that my husband and I order pizza from since we moved to Florida. The pizza is always tasty and leaves me wanting more. We have always have excellent customer service and fast delivery. Plus, the prices are decent.

Best EVER!!! I must disagree with Charliegirl11 – This is the ONLY place I can order from! The pizza is ALWAYS fresh and so melt in your mouth yummy. The sauce is wonderful and their bread sticks are the best. They have fabulous customer service as well... They are always so friendly and my order ALWAYS arrives right on time and piping hot. Love love love Specialty Pizza!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! – Did not receive food since driver went to wrong unit. Called the next day, spoke with FRANK, MANAGER, who told me I was at fault for not picking up phone when driver called from a number I did not know, and that they DID NOT WANT ME AS A CUSTOMER.... DO NOT GET FOOD FROM HERE!!!!

Who doesnt like pizza? I LOVE PIZZA! SPECIALY! SPECIALTY PIZZA EXPRESS! I recently tried this place. I got a new job in the area and was asked what i wanted on my pizza? I looked at my fellow employee and was like "i dont eat deliver" they told me to suck it up and see what was coming in. I stayed safe and told them straight Pep and Mushrooms and some bread sticks. They ordered me this "individual" combo. Needless to say, i stopped on my way home and pick up a large pie with the works and more bread sticks and 'cinnarolls'..... read more

This place is the bomb! – I have ordered from SPECIALTY on the weekly to bi-weekly basis for the past 6years. I love the pizza. They are always within the 30-40min time window they say on the phone. I have NEVER had a problem with the pizza. I had to pick up my pizza and wings last time tho, i moved out of the are :(. I was amazed tho, after 13years, THEY FINALY OFFER CINNAMON ROLLS! A DESSERT! Amazing too! sugar and Icing. Ill spend the 20min picking it up all the time!

I love this pizza. I have eaten it on the normal bi weekly basis for years now. The pizza always taste fresh, Can always tell the fresh garlic and basil in the sauce. Can see the toppings that are HUGE. I also like the fact that it is always on time as said on the phone. Im stoked they serve dessert now too :D. Its almost thursday... which means it is almost that time... come here Specialty Pizza Express!
