I waited over 45 minutes to be seen in the exam room after additional wait to even get to the exam room, and listened to the staff chit chat about their lunch plans while I wondered if I had been forgotten about. As I got closer to an hour waiting I thought about leaving, but the doctor finally saw me. I have been so fortunate to see my favorite audiologist at this site. The two audiologist I have seen here I rate as A+++. Hearing can be so much better😁👂😁
So unprofessional, canceled my appointment without notice, an appointment that I waited for 2 months for. Worst medical office I ever been to.
