Went for an insurance claim beginning August, they said there’d be a delay and it wouldn’t happen before November, which was fine. Got approval from my insurance almost immediately, then they told me it wouldn’t get fixed before January or February, by which time I would no longer be living within an 8 hr drive from Orange. I contacted them to see if we could get it done earlier and they never bothered to call me back. This wouldn’t have been so bad but moving my claim to another city and provider has been incredibly painful... read more
