I have been ordering orthotics from Grace Turner and Specialty Orthotics for almost 8 years now and have never been let me down. Grace is very knowledgeable in her field and my specialized inserts help relieve all pain in my feet as well as compounding issues from flat feet. They have helped me preform in soccer to my full capabilities with no pain or injuries. The customer service and care is excellent at Specialty Orthotics, I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else!
Can’t say enough about service and professional expertise of Grace turner and her staff. They don’t try to sell you an orthotic they more on designing a fix for your specific problem. Dialing in a comfortable a functional orthotic for me took some time but Grace was wonderful to work with during the process. I had a fantastic experience and highly recommend Specialty Orthotics!
Worked with Brianna to fix my plantar fasciitis problem and was ready to spend a lot, but after a quick assessment, she recommended semi-customized insoles, stretches, and activities Brianna was extremely confident in the solution, and she was right! Thank you so much; you've given me a whole lot of mobility and joy of life back. Cannot recommend them more.
Came on time to my arranged appointment. No patient there when I got there but after waiting 25 min, I walked out. Reception wasn't concerned it took me 30min to drive uptown and I have commitments and work too. Many better, professional orthotics stores in Charlotte that are customer focused and have a convenient location. I can't recommend this establishment.
Sarah’s a great listener, she assesses the problem and has delivered solutions to me over the last 25 years. I’ve received pain free comfort; she’s always available to make any adjustments that may be needed. I highly recommend Specialty Orthotics
