I would not trust the care of my feet to anyone other than Grace and Brianna at Specialty Orthotics. I have been going there for over five years and I have found both ladies, to be professional, informative, patient and totally into supporting their clients. Trust me, If you’re having any kind of foot issue or just not sure what kind of shoes you need to be wearing, please give them a try. They will not disappoint you.😊

I have been ordering orthotics from Grace Turner and Specialty Orthotics for almost 8 years now and have never been let me down. Grace is very knowledgeable in her field and my specialized inserts help relieve all pain in my feet as well as compounding issues from flat feet. They have helped me preform in soccer to my full capabilities with no pain or injuries. The customer service and care is excellent at Specialty Orthotics, I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else!

Grace and Bri have been saving my feet and body for years! I work in healthcare and am on my feet 12 hours a day. About 2 years ago i had foot and calf pain that left me sore and uncomfortable. I was referred to Specialty by some coworkers and it changed my life. Both Bri and Grace take time to educate and test to learn exactly what i need. Now i have some custom inserts that leave me without any aches and comfortable on the long days. This is the orthotics spot is charlotte 10/10

If you have BCBS, go somewhere else. Grace was nice enough, but like other reviewers have mentioned, the language they use strongly implies that insurance covers these orthotics. What they don't tell you upfront is that unlike most medical providers, they do not file claims to your insurance for you. Instead, they hand you a smile, collect your $550, and then email you the paperwork to deal with yourself, a level of service I'll let you draw your own conclusions about. Worked with Brianna to fix my plantar fasciitis problem and was ready to spend a lot, but after a quick assessment, she recommended semi-customized insoles, stretches, and activities Brianna was extremely confident in the solution, and she was right! Thank you so much; you've given me a whole lot of mobility and joy of life back. Cannot recommend them more.
