Dr. Rainey is the absolute best. Very professional, knowledgeable, and caring. Takes the time to listen to patients, explains everything clearly, and makes you feel comfortable and valued. The staff is friendly, and the overall experience was excellent. Highly recommend this doctor to anyone looking for quality care!
I had an appointment at 2;25. Arrived at 2:05. I left at 4:11. This is ridiculous and totally unacceptable. It is rude to make a patient sit and wait because so many have been scheduled for the same time. I missed a family gathering due to my lateness. Be a little more concerned about patient. I don’t think a Dr would wait on a patient that long. I waited that long simply to get an injection. Needless to say I was very upset.
