Wonderful experience
Courtney reviewed my xrays and we discussed what I was able to do in terms of therapy. We also discussed the timing of the surgery on my other shoulder.
Cheerful, professional front desk, Kelly. Was greeted by a nurse/assistant to get the details of why I was visiting. Morgan came in and was very professional and understood my problem. She injected my hand and sent me to the therapy floor to get fitted for a finger splint. Sched a 6 wk followup.
I was actually really disappointed with my visit today. This was supposed to be a follow up appointment for my son’s broken finger. When we got in we were told they didn’t have an X-ray tech available and the X-ray machine was fritzy. They wanted to send me to another hospital to get the X-rays when they could have just called me and rescheduled. The appointment felt like a waste of time and money because I still had to pay my copay for an appointment that shouldn’t have happened due to the circumstances
