Jennifer is excellent with customer service. She is knowledgeable about products, shares options that I may not have been aware of, and then gives plenty of time to make a decision. Jennifer at Specialty North American was wonderful to work with in purchasing our new windows- she came out to measure everything twice to be thorough, answered any and all questions promptly, followed up with us to make things were correct when we received the windows . The product itself is fantastic. Very happy with our windows and the customer service was stellar. Would definitely recommend!!!!!
We needed to purchase a lock for a door which involved quite a bit of time and work and figuring out the correct lock that would work with the door. Jacob was able to solve the issue and actually install the lock after a couple others with decades of experience were struggling to do it. His attention to detail has been incredible for the many years we have had him as one of our trade partners. I highly recommend connecting with him for any doors and windows needed!
From start to finish, Specialty North American was great! My salesman, Clay was very informative and patient with me as I navigated replacing my windows, which was a new experience for me. He made suggestions and options that made sense for my home. Clay also advocated for me during the installation process. The windows were delivered earlier than expected, which was a bonus. I absolutely love my beautiful Marvin windows! I would highly recommend Specialty North American!
