Very disappointed in the lack of service. We’ve used this company for years and today I was completely taken back with the lack of care and just wanting to prove a point. We were charged $105 for installing a part that we could have done ourselves. When the install happened there was no explanation of it being an install charge. It was explained that it was a new product and cost $165. In the past, ***had come into our shop to purchase Spinner Knobs for his steering wheel. ***has been a very good customer for many years. We had sold him the spinner knobs which, in the past, he would install into his vehicles himself. In December, he again came in to purchase a spinner knob. Specialty Mobility is an awesome company to work with. Every time I have needed my stairlift chair repaired, they have been out ASAP, usually within a day of requesting. I recommend them highly!
