After 10 years of coming to this location, I can safely say that Dr. Rinu L. Mathew and Shauna are the heart of this practice. Managing pain is stressful enough, but having a doctor who is honest and a front desk that is as dependable as Shauna makes all the difference. I’ve heard nothing but praise from other patients in the waiting room, and I couldn't agree more. They’ve built a level of trust and rapport that is rare to find. Thank you, Dr. Mathew, for helping me get my life back!
DR. Kole and his staff are truly caring and knkw how to treat pain and their patients. I think they are the best pain management clinic in Macomb county. These guys are amazing from the reception to the nurses. Doctor Saunders and Rinu really care about your pain and they go above and beyond to help you.
Dr Kole is my pain doctor. I have nerve damage from a surgery and from a pain specialist perspective, when I told him I wanted to keep myself at a level where I could still be a part of my family and not be over-medicated, he listened. He helped find a level of medicine that could deal with my pain and still allow me to be functional enough to still interact with my family. The specialist nurses there are also very attentive and really listen when you are having problems and help get to the root of them.
I’ve been a patient of Dr. William Kole for many years, and he is truly an outstanding pain management specialist. Dr. Kole is compassionate, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to listen to my concerns and explain my treatment options in detail.
