Not a dr you would want to go to since its under new management that dont give a crap about your pain and suffering the staff is very rude and inconsiderate they make you wait for an hour and a half for your appointment they also ask you to get alot of stuff done that u dont know if your insurance will cover and has the nerve to say u have to pay out of pocket kinda rude dont u think please stay away from this place the old dr that was there retired amd was awesome new management not very friendly at all all I ask is find a ... read more
I have been seeing kole, and rinu, and other drs In this office, and they all are very caring, and kind! Their staff are genuinely sweet, and i adore all of them! Dr kole made me feel as a person, not a symptom, and he actually cared so much that he was willing to make sure i had a safe non exploding phone during the time the note phone batteries were exploding. After 10 years of coming to this location, I can safely say that Dr. Rinu L. Mathew and Shauna are the heart of this practice. Managing pain is stressful enough, but having a doctor who is honest and a front desk that is as dependable as Shauna makes all the difference. I’ve heard nothing but praise from other patients in the waiting room, and I couldn't agree more. They’ve built a level of trust and rapport that is rare to find. Thank you, Dr. Mathew, for helping me get my life back!
