I've been going here for back and neck pain for almost a year soon. My experience has been nothing but amazing. From the chiropractor and his assistant Ms Rasha absolutely wonderful each visit. Also the other representatives that work there that I've dealt with personally, also amazing. Overall my experience has been remarkable. Had a great intake meeting with Dr. Greenberg and it went downhill from there. I was supposed to be contacted about MRI approvals. No one called me so I tried calling them. I could not get a single person to contact me back to save my life. After numerous attempts at contacting their office through email, voicemail, and messages on patient portal over 2 weeks. I had a great experience here. The staff was incredibly kind, efficient, and professional from the moment I walked in. The front desk team made check-in quick and easy, and the medical staff showed genuine care and concern for my situation. The check out team is also pretty. I was seen promptly, and everything was explained to me clearly. I really appreciate the attention to detail and the respect they showed throughout the visit. Highly recommend this urgent care and their amazing team!
I didn’t have to wait long in the waiting room (best part!). The NP I met with was great she explained everything clearly and presented all my treatment options. Doaa answered every question I had. One reason I’m sticking with this doctor’s office is that it’s truly a one stop shop physical therapy, pharmacy, and many other treatments are all right there. When I say I love specialty medical center. Dr Dua is truly amazing. She literally makes sure I have everything I need and have no problems making accommodations. Dr Dua and team are beautiful they are very welcoming and always have good energy.
