Super nice people, especially my technician Karmen. She takes care of me really well and always asks if I have any questions. She is super friendly and kind. Everyone at the clinic is kind and they all do a super good job at making sure I understand everything. I’ve been doing laser therapy for a couple weeks now and it’s been a good experience.
I am so thankful to the entire team at Specialty Medical Center for their specialized care and attention. They are a responsive and a dynamic group of medical professionals that are easy to relate to even in complex matters. I was able to coordinate a complete care plan of pain management, chiropractic and physical therapies all in the same location. Again great staff and people to have on my healing journey!
Absolutely trash staff tammy sucks! Dua sucks as well never been treated worse in my life. I'm over here in pain all they want to do is surgery won't even help me with a cortisone shot what a joke
Dr. OTERO and his assiatant YOUSIF WERE amazing with dad and his spinal problems! They spent a great deal of time reviewing reports and sharing information about his diagnosis. They also provided all the treatment options and connected him to PT as well. We are very happy and comfortable with their level of knowledge and compassion.
Excellent service , Staff is courteous and very helpful . Dr Otero is very knowledgeable and informative about his Diagnosis , in front desck and MA’s were very caring and polite . The manager Mohamad was very accommodating
