Had such a great experience with my wheelchair technician. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was working perfectly for me. He took the time to explain things clearly and made the whole process stress-free. You can tell he takes pride in his work and really looks out for his clients. Highly recommend him to anyone needing help with their wheelchair he’s amazing at what he does!

Do not shop from this business. Their prices are ridiculous and the guy Doug pretends to be helpful but ended up being a liar and not owning up to his words. He sold my grandpa a wheelchair which we decided to cancel the next day before we ever received it. This guy Doug said give him a month to sell the chair which he said he can sell it for more than what we paid. We told him we don't want any profit and want the $2,399 back. My father-in-law paid $2,399 for a lightweight electric wheelchair from Specialty Medical in Pomona after speaking with Doug there for about a week. When we all went into the shop together (me, my wife, my mother-in-law, and my mom), Doug told my father-in-law directly that if he ended up not wanting the chair it wouldn’t be a problem because he could easily sell it.
