The wheel on my daughters wheelchair broke. She can not get around without her wheelchair so we had an urgent need to get it repaired or replaced. We called Speciality Medical and spoke with Doug. I can't begin to express how much he helped us, how knowledgeable he was and how great his customer service was. My sister friend came into town from Texas to see her new grandchild on a Friday and brought her medical equipment with her. The airline damaged it, it was inoperable once she arrived to her airb&b. We called several places and Doug was the only one that responded on a weekend (Saturday night) with solutions to get urgent help and critical medical equipment and suggestions for care.
