Doug took extra time meeting with my husband and I showing us different types of mobility devices to figure out what would work best for my needs and our budget. He never tried to upsell or push a sale, and he worked with us for financing so I was able to get the scooter sooner for a great price since that particular one was on sale. I would definitely recommend shopping at Specialty Medical.
Super friendly, Doug was a major help and got me the replacement part I needed. Very attentive and when everyone else was closed he provided a premium service on the weekend and they rent medical beds you can’t find anywhere else!
Not a very good company! Doesn't meet customers satisfaction!
