We recently started using them at our community in nsb, They are non responsive to emails and phone calls and I am not the only person that says that
This HOA is unprofessional. They have very strict requirements about landscaping that is unreasonable. The sod in our yard died. We were having issues with the new sod installation. I communicated this to the HOA. They replied that they appreciate the communication, and to let them know when it's done. I thought everything was fine, and we were working on it. Then I receive an email from the attorney's office that we owe $2716.00. Ridiculous!
