After reading the reviews, there’s honestly no need to say much more — this is truly a terrible company. I genuinely feel sorry for my landlord for having to deal with people like this. Selecting Specialty for our HOA’s needs was one of the best decisions we could have made. There is one person who has made a noticeable difference for us and that would be our CAM, Sharri Scott. Fire them from your community. Simply a leech on homeowners. They have the audacity to complain about the amount of calls they get when they at the same time expect you to follow up on letters they send. The whole thing is hilarious Update 6/2025: apparently they hired a PR firm to reply with canned bullshit. So, they're doubling down on stupid. Funny, I didn't see any mention of policy or resource allocations being changed to fix the issue. Even more evidence this a company you should not do business with, isnt it?
