Armando has done 2 projects for me. The first was installing a tank with sump pump to cure my drainage problem when there is heavy rainfall. He just finished converting 3 spaces in my front lawn to gardens as part of the Fresno City Water Conservation rebate program. They are beautiful; highly efficient MP sprinklers and micro-drip systems all qualify for rebates! His work is excellent, and I am now reworking my irrigation system in my back yard with Specialty Landscaping.
