I thought I posted a review a while ago but I guess not , I’ve been coming here since last yr for my infusions. They are clean, welcome, fast service and I love how they have snacks and drinks too! The room is comfortable too which is a major plus because mostly every time I go, I have a nasty flare up. They shut the lights off for me and I’m able to grab and snack and get comfortable. As of today, I am only rating Specialty Infusion NOT Vivo Infusion. I had only been transferred from a hospital setting to S.I. not even a year ago. These past several months with S.I. have been excellent due to the cleanliness, the welcoming & friendliness of each arrival to the center, the calming environment, the hospitality, the attentiveness to my comfort throughout, with my whole procedure, BUT especially to the attending nurse who represented the IDEAL nurse - warmth, knowledge, easy to talk to, responsiveness and jus... read more
Best infusion center ever!! You get your own room & there’s never a wait. The center is super sanitary, as well as the nurses. My nurse Jeeness is the best!! She listens, she remembers everything, she ensures that you feel comfortable and less like you’re there just for your infusion. Rest of the med staff is also super respectful and kind! The rooms have comfy lounge chairs and TVs, it’s the best infusion experience I’ve had.
Been going here close to a year now for my treatment and it has been such a smooth and easy process. Private and clean rooms, nurses who are more than accommodating. Jeeness and Michelle have more or less been my nurses and both are amazing and go out of their way to make sure patients are comfortable. The rest of the staff is also very kind and respectful.
I have always had a great experience in this center and feel very thankful to be under the care of such amazing and professional team. They are always very welcoming and competent. The nurse practitioner, Jeeness, regularly goes above and beyond to make sure her patients feel understood and fully understand their care treatment. She constantly creates a safe environment and is a very reliable person. Overall, I’m so glad to be a patient in this center and have it within my reach!
