Terrible experience! Highly unorganized and rude. The reviews are fake, and the discharge nurse named pam made my short interaction with her dreadful. After speaking directly to Dr.Black, two of the nursing directors, and my father’s daily nurses about my concern of contacting the poa with updates and information on new medications I was never heard. My friends dad is there now. The nurses there are mean to the patients and has no idea what going on. My friend dad was giving the wrong blood and was giving morphine with out permission. He laid in his own feces for a day and his own uriune. There was no bed sheets on the bed for a week at a time. I ask for someone to clean him up and they got rude with me 1 hour later they finally clean him up. They never gave him a sponge bath. I was there for six weeks in 2008 and two other times in 2009 due to a nonhealing pressure wound. Worst experiences ever. It is loud, bright, the food is awful, and the nurse practitioner I had was rude and standoffish. If you’re patient contemplating going there I urge you to investigate further and if you have a loved one that needs to go there, please think carefully before you have them admitted. The care is substandard at best.

My dad was here for several months. I am very disappointed with his care. He was allowed to lay in feces and not be turned properly and now has a stage 4 bed sore that has to be debrided and a wound vac put on it. This in my eyes was pure laziness and negligence. Don't get me wrong there were a few awesome nurses, but for the most part the pct's didn't care. The case managers are very scatterbrained and have NO idea about insurance or anything when it comes to transferring your loved one to a rehabilitation facility. I would... read more

The most horrible experience ever. I feel that they are not concerned with patient care for the most part. The place is dirty and medications placed in my brothers room are not locked and opened with a butter knife every day by the staff when restocking the medicine cabinet with his meds. The case workers lie and get indignant when they are questioned and want to admonish you for "speaking over them" when all they do is have poo coming out of their mouths.
