Avoid them if you need a Covid rapid test. My wife, a relative and I booked appointments on different dates to get the rapid test done as it is a current requirement to enter to Portugal. The appointment was booked directly in their website, however in the three cases, we received a call in the morning of the appointment date saying that due to a family emergency they needed to close the pharmacy and couldn't get the test done.
