Dr Karl Olson was outstanding from beginning to end!!! I am almost 80 but he made me feel like 60. His staff and all the appointments were worth every mile for the appointments. My husband and I were treated with respect and care letting us know what to do and expect. Thank you for such care! I would give him a 10+!
I had a 9:10 AM appointment scheduled, but I wasn't called in until 9:50 AM. Hard to see how they’re still in business would never recommend
I drove in from out of state for a LASIK consultation and left disappointed by both the process and the follow-through. During the consultation, I was seen only by a tech and told a physician would review her notes and test result, reach out with any questions, and I'd hear back within a week about whether I was a candidate for surgery. Bill8ng has been a nightmare. I had my surgery 2 months ago and paid the day of. Then I got a text saying that I still hadn't paid. Meanwhile I haven't gotten a receipt that will allow me to get reimbursed from my HSA account.
