Dr. Kirkpatrick is amazing at what he does along with being talented he is very personable, professional and knowledgeable. My wife has always been uneasy with anyone working on her eyes but with Dr Kirkpatrick she is totally at ease and confident he will do an excellent job, which he has done on her cataracts and YAG.
Dr.Smith and his team was amazing. I was extremely nervous getting LASIK and they walked me through every steps. Would definitely recommend coming here for eye surgery.
I saw Dr Rains and he didn’t know what issue my eyes were having so he blew me off. Waste of time and money. I called back cuz I needed eye drops and he never returned my calls.
Eye Center of Northern Colorado has the worst customer service. One phone number for EVERYBODY. Extremely long phone trees. Can never actually speak to the physicians assistant on first call - they have 3-5 physicians to monitor and it takes 2-3 days to get a call back. Even when one has eye surgery scheduled! THE STAFF AND DOCTORS ARE WONDERFUL/ GREAT!. IT IS THE SYSTEM IN WHICH THEY WORK THAT IS SO FRUSTRATING. I am a 10 year "patient" (aka customer) and it has never been this bad.
