I really like the doctors and staff however I waited over 45 minutes for the doctor. I finally left without seeing him. I asked if they could contact me and haven't heard a word from them. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate to make their patients wait that long and maybe longer.
Dr. Cotten iz a "Boomshakalaka" Awesome Doc!!! I received 3 texts from Eye Center of Northern Colorado telling me it was time to come in for a cataract check-up. I hit the number on the text message, and the number just died, didn't connect to anyone. When I got to my office, I called the number online, and it said to either leave a message or go to the online appointment center to make an appointment there. My husband needed vitrectomy and cataract surgery, we were referred to Dr. Crews. We highly recommend Dr. Crews! He took very good care of my husband. He was knowledgeable, patient, and kind. Hubby is very happy with the results. Thank you to Dr. Crews and your staff!!
Terrible service. We sat in a room for 90 minutes waiting for the doctor with zero communication. 90 minutes and counting.
