Okay service. I got the impression I wasn’t very important to the receptionist. I clearly had debris in my eye and surely could have used a bit more urgency. The doctor was able to remove the debris from my eye and was good at her job. Not much professionalism up front I didn’t perceive. The food snacking is pretty ugly to watch even in pain with one good eye. I’d say give your employees time to eat lunch on a lunch break and time behind the desk to do the job professionally. Felicia is incredible! Ask for her. She has helped me so much...I am to the point of wanting to get an eye removed after an e- bike accident and she gave me so many other solutions. She's awesome. As well as Caitlin, who helped accommodate my current glasses. Highly recommend this entire staff!
