This is a terrible Eye doctor place. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I had an appointment on 3/18. It’s 4/15. The doctor only gave me 1 left trail even though the service should include two. They told me my trials would probably be ready within a month. Which is very excessive. I called several times to check on them. At one point they wouldn’t answer my call because they probably know my number by now. I called from a different number and they answered the phone. This office is committing fraud with my Medicare account. They have billed Medicare for services that were never rendered. They continue to bill my account even after I advised the office. I tried to see the billing manager and got no response. I am very disappointed with this office as it is so close to my home. I really thought I had found a good place after my previous doctor passed away. Now, I must search for a new eye doctor.
